Terms & Conditions

1. To participate in this competition you must be over 21. To be eligible to win,participants must submit a photo of them toasting a drink.
2. To enter the competition, submit your photo through our website or post the entry to Instagram or Facebook tagging @dekantawhisky.
3. The prizes include one bottle of dekanta’s new world blend, one bottle of The Shimai, one $100 gift voucher and two $50 gift vouchers. Every entrant who shares their entry on their Instagram story, tagging dekantā will receive a $20 gift voucher.
4. The deadline to submit entries is midnight June 5, entries submitted after the deadline will not be counted.
5. Contest void where prohibited. Prize bottles will not be shipped to excluded locations, including but not limited to Tennessee, Hawaii, Canada and Australia.
6. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by dekantā as to how you claim your prize.
7. You can enter as many times as you’d like.
8. No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram/Facebook. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
9. Dekanta reserves the right to exclude entries in its sole discretion, with or without reason and under no obligation to notify any person of the exclusion or reason for exclusion.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
11. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
12. By taking part in this competition the participant is agreeing for dekantā to repost the entry photos onto their social media.
13. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g. be photographed for website/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win.
